Policies

Your skin care treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect Brow & Lash Haus' scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. 

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the service, forfeit of promotional voucher, or deposit for Microblading services.

Clients who miss their appointments, "no show" without giving any prior notification will be charged for half of the value of the service. I recognize the time of the clients and myself is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. 

Please be aware that appointments are scheduled back to back and that a grace period of 20 minutes for permanent makeup and 10 minutes for all other services will be given. A late arrival beyond the given grace period will be considered a no show and will incur the loss of your deposit as well as your appointment slot.

When you schedule your appointment with Brow & Lash Haus, you are agreeing to these policies. 

All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a late cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

Prices and Services

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Brow & Lash Haus will do its best to keep clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

All services are non refundable.
